The Problem
Air blast sprayers use vast quantities of airflow to create droplets and smash them towards the target, a very crude and imprecise method. This results in over-spraying in many places, under-spraying in others, and often missing the target altogether.
Recycling sprayers lead to a drench spray rather than an even 30% area of coverage. They also only work in certain widely-spaced and relatively flat vineyards.
Our Solution
The patent-pending Cordon Sprayer achieves precise control over droplet creation and then applies those droplets using artificial intelligence and machine vision.
The Cordon Sprayer dramatically decreases pesticide volumes sprayed whilst maintaining full levels of protection from disease.
